You are making a reservation for a specific site type (Standard, Deluxe, Preferred, & Premium). We will be glad to accept any site requests, but we cannot guarantee you will receive your desired site number.
All reservations require a deposit at the time of registration. All daily and weekly rates are based on a 2-adults and 2 children under the age of 4 with a deposit equal to a one-night stay. Monthly guest rental rates are based on a 2-person occupancy, with a required deposit of $100.00 which will be applied to your last electric meter reading upon check out. Additional occupants are $6.00 a day. Visitors (who use the amenities) are charged a day use fee of $7.50.

Additional daily/weekly overnight guests - $6.00 per person per day
Additional monthly guests rent - $50.00 per month.
Spill or leak clean-up - $150.00 per incident
Daily/Weekly Cancellation Policy - Reservations require a non-refundable deposit that is equivalent to the fee for a one night stay. You may move your reservation to another date, where it may be held with that deposit.
Extended Stay Cancellation Policy - $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
No show - amount of a one-night stay for the reserved site
Late payment - $10.00 per day past due
Extra pets - $2.00 per pet per day
Pet cleanup - $20.00
Optional late check-out - $10.00

Security Gate: Our office hours are Monday - Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To operate the gate, contact the office by scrolling to “Leisure Lane” on the digital display, then press the call button. After hours, scroll to “after hours” and press the call button. New guests will not be admitted after 9:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-In Time: Check-in is at 1:00 PM. Early check-ins will be accommodated based on site readiness and availability. Please call park management if your arrival will be after 5:00 PM.
Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you plan on staying past your paid through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the office as soon as possible.
